Civil law encompasses a very broad range of legal issues, including those relating to contract, tort, probate and negligence. Civil law is indicatively related to cases regarding employment, family, inheritance, business transactions and property.
Our attorneys provide legal answers and explanations related to civil and business law issues. Where possible, we resolve controversies with adverse parties through negotiation and out-of-court settlements, avoiding litigation. In our litigation work, we represent our clients in order to secure their rights in the courts.
Regarding inheritance law our attorneys are qualified to handle any inheritance legal case of testate or intestate succession. Our firm has a long tradition of offering legal counsel in the aforementioned matters and offers procedural advice and support in publication, execution or any other action related to wills. Moreover we undertake cases regarding the transfer of real estate or other assets, the closing of bank accounts, the drafting of power of attorneys, the acceptance of inheritance and inheritance tax matters etc.
