We assist multinational and Greek clients form subsidiaries, branches or joint ventures in Greece, draft by-laws for all forms of Greek legal entities both in English and in Greek and provide detailed advice with respect to all relevant issues, such as the incorporation and operation of the legal entity, capital requirements, registration of corporate name, shareholders’ and directors’ rights, duties and liabilities, etc. We arrange for all legal and tax issues relevant to the incorporation and operation of any legal entity, such as obtaining tax numbers for the founders and for the directors, drafting the lease agreements for the premises of the new company, etc.

Once a company is established, we render our services and advice on all corporate matters, such as drafting of the necessary corporate resolutions and BoD minutes, the appointment and removal of directors, share capital increases or decreases, amendments of Articles of Association, etc.

Our CG team, headed by Dr. Gerasimos Gasparinatos, who teaches Corporate Governance at “ALBA Graduate Business School” can cover all governance requirements of a company, from drafting its tailor-made CG code to organising its relevant department and monitoring its operation.
